The military version of Thermosaver Hypothermic Rescue Bag is now codified and approved by NATO and allocated a Nato Stock Number (NSN). This is a requirement to all articles/products that are to be purchased by Nato throughout the 31 member countries.

Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) defines Thermosaver Hypthermic Rescue Bag as part of Special Forces new and innovative equipment.

The Wilderness Medical Society Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Out-of-Hospital Evaluation and Treatment of Accidental Hypothermia are the internationally recognized Guidelines on hypothermia for rescue workers worldwide. The Wilderness Medical Society has established the Guidelines engaging researchers and rescue units on all continents.

Thermosaver has signed a reseller agreement with South Koran company JeWorthy. This represents the first reseller agreement for Thermosaver outside  Europe.
