Thermosaver is delivered vacuum packed so that it takes up as little space as possible during transport and storage. If the vacuum seal breaks – during training and exercise for example – the rescue bag can be re-packaged in a compression bag before operational use.

The compression bag is made of the same polyester material as the outer skin of the rescue bag. This means that it is windproof and water repellent (8,000 mm water column).

The compression bag has three tightening straps to make the bag as compressed as possible before use. Two of the tensioning straps can be fastened together, so that it becomes possible to have the rescue bag over the shoulder and thus have your hands free during operational use.
